Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands organs and parts of the body.
Doctors have long agreed that stress and tension can be linked to over 75% of our health problems. Our bodies and minds desire to be in balance (and will quickly let us know when we are not!). Reflexology relaxes the body, while improving circulation, facilitating the state of homeostasis (balance) in all of us.

Each additional working minute booked after 60 minutes is $1.00, charged in 15 minute increments.
As little people have little feet, children 12 and under will be booked for 30 minutes and charged $1.00 for each additional working minute.
Ear Candling - $40.00

Come experience the many benefits of yoga! You don't have to be young, thin or flexible to do yoga. Begin right where you are with gentle stretches and accessible yoga postures using a chair as an aid for balance and stability.
This is yoga for everyone, whether you are older, have a long-standing physical limitation, or simply don't consider yourself 'yoga material'. Everyone is welcome!
How is "Start Where You Are!" different from other classes?
Your best and wisest teacher is you! Through "Start Where You Are! Gentle Stretch Yoga", you will learn to listen to your body's needs, strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to explore and grow through the process of yoga. Dress comfortably in loose clothing. If you have your own yoga mat/props, please bring to class. I will have a limited number of mats/blankets/ straps available for class use. Class size will be limited.
